How cute! Great pictures, too.

I was annoyed to see, in the comments, someone pushing the myth that odd-eyed white cats are almost always deaf. In fact, it is blue-eyed white cats which may (or may not) be deaf, and odd-eyed ones are sometimes deaf only on the side with the blue eye. I did a little double-checking via Google to make sure I was remembering correctly, and then posted my own comment to that effect.

There's lots of confusion about that, yeah. This cat could be deaf in one ear, but probably is not completely deaf. Although, I was thinking about this - maybe if the cat is deaf, or even partially deaf, that might be why he/she can tolerate public transportation - fewer or maybe no noises to make the cat skittish.
