There are some of these I don't even know what they are, and I'd have to look up. I know what harissa is, but I didn't know it came in "rose".

I don't recognize Baijiu or Phaal or Umeboshi.

I wouldn't eat the raw scotch bonnet either. The salsa we have in the fridge has been hard to cook with. A raw, unmitigated one would be too much!

I had to look a lot of them up too. The original blog post they came from has wikipedia links for the obscure ones.

I've had all but the alcohol ones. I don't like the taste and my meds don't let me have them now. (We were taught to eat new stuff when we were young.)
